This program is highly recommended but optional and can be enrolled in prior to your session.

4. Integration Circle (In Person, 1 Hour) (Following the Session)

Strengthen the relational bonds established in the journey
Begin grounding and integration practices
5. Optional Individual Integration Session (Online, 1 Hour) (For Personalized Support)
For those who wish to deepen their personal reflection, a one-on-one integration session is available to help process insights and apply them to individual transformation.
